The high-quality, fully-equipped detached lodge has two bedrooms and sleeps up to four people. It's very comfortable at any time of the year, and has an open view of the surrounding fields, hills and Mabie Forest, which is only a ten-minute walk from the lodge, along a track.
The site used to be part of the grounds of nearby Cairnyard House, and its location is ideal for visiting the many attractions in Dumfries and Galloway - see left - and is only 2 hours from Glasgow and Edinburgh by car.
